Our beach is back!
Open daily throughout July and August, you can come and relax in a deck chair on the large decking area after some retail therapy, whilst your little ones play and make sandcastles.
Buckets and spades are provided, but please leave them for others to enjoy.

Our theme for this summer’s beach is all about sustainability. What does this involve?
- In 2023 we had the beach built by a local carpenter to a modular design. This means each year we can build, reuse, remove and store the frame. Ensuring no waste.
- We have 100% recyclable and renewable buckets, spades, and accessories for you to enjoy, made from sugarcane waste that is biodegradable!
- We purchased our deckchairs second hand from a local gentleman who had them taking up space in his attic, giving them a new purpose and lease of life.
- Our opening balloon arch will be made from biodegradable latex balloons by the wonderful team at local family run business, Gifts and Giggles
- Our summer events programme is all about educating children on recycling with some super fun games and activities
Beach Rules:
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No food or drink on the sand area
- Smoking is not permitted on any area, including the decking
- Please do not throw the sand
- Dogs are not permitted on any area of the beach
- Please leave the buckets and spades for others to enjoy
The beach will be closed in the rain and high winds.
