Cuppa Club – Thursday 17th July

Seniors can enjoy free tea, cake, and entertainment in the main mall on Thursday 17^th July between 11am – 1pm.

The aim of Cuppa Club is to promote friendship and help reduce loneliness in the community, particularly amongst older people, so feel to come alone or with friends.

There is no need to book for this event, just pop by sometime between 11am and 1pm.

We will be joined by A Touch of Gentleness whose volunteers are trained to offer a soothing, therapeutic hand massage and listen with gentle presence. So please enjoy a complimentary hand massage should you wish. Their mission is to bring more connection, gentleness and joy back to each other and society. www.atouchofgentleness.org

The event will be supported by volunteers from our local Charity Partner of the Year again, Little Gate Farm

Little Gate enables adults and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism to fulfil their work potential. This entails pre-employment training, work experience and routes into work through Supported Employment.
